  • Prior to lease deal, we consult with the leasing executive and highlight any potential issues, explain design processes and timelines and liaise with council and certifiers.
  • Develop alternate design solutions with the tenant’s designer to minimise potential design issues
  • Research each tenancy to ensure merchants and tenants provide the shopping centre with their latest corporate concepts.
  • A calm approach at all times, espcially with difficult situations and negotiations.
  • We have a good understanding of graphics (tenant logos, environmental graphics and menuboards) and how important they are in the overall design.
